Weekly Yoga Classes
Tuesdays 7-8:15pm, Bangor Vinyasa Yoga. 75 minute vinyasa yoga classes conveniently located in central Bangor, Wales. Feel energised and grounded with my signature strong, alignment focused flow and assisted Shavasanas and relaxation. Mats provided. Please note that these classes run during university semester times and will not run during holiday periods.
Friday 3rd November, Humble Hanuman, Yoga Bomb, York. Join me for a 90 minute guest class to lengthen the hamstrings and open the hip flexors. Using a strong and slow flow to warm up and awaken the body, and flexibility training techniques, the class will mindfully help to improve your mobility. See if you can get closer to Hanumanasana, splits pose, or simply feel more spacious in your body.
I am a registered 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher, teaching strong and slow flows with a focus on alignment. Inspired by my backgrounds in gymnastics, dance, weight training and calisthenics, I aim to bring a balance of flexibility, creative movement and strength to my classes.
